how can i translate the from arabic paragraph to english

hai

iam faceing a big problem from Arabic language. i dont know arabic language.
but i have to work with some arabic website , its part of my job. Office 2003
have one option to translate words & paragraphs arabic to english. but in my
Pc paragraph to paragraph its not working. in my translating option i
activate online translation and online web directory but got message as "
check your translation option or send online the encrypted HML for
translation" but i dont know how fix this problem. i updatd my OFFICE 2003.
with service pack 1
