How can I trigger the events in Outlook from Contacts List

Hello Everybody,
Can you please suggest me on how to trigger the events/procedure
that were written in VBScript and placed in a customised outloo
contact form when user enters/modifies the information from Contac
List (these should be triggered as they do trigger from normal contac
form).
Please note that the customised contact form was made as the defaul
form in Outlook
