How can I trust what I see?

I have built a site for my client. When I built it, I built it as Times New
Roman, 12 points with a little italics at bold and in 12 points. When I
preview it, it looks great. All my pictures are in place, all my fonts are
correct, all my tables are correct. Everything looks great. But when I
posted it to the site, things change. Some of the fonts changed to I think
arial or verdana, some into bold, the pictures are out of place, the table
are not where they are suppose to be. When I look at it on my computer it
looks great through either AOL or Internet Explore or Netscape. However, I
had other people, including my client look at it and it is all messed up.
How can I trust Front Page to post what I build and trust that what I see is
what I get when what I post is not what I design? How can I trust Front Page
when it shows one thing and when someone else looks at it it shows something
totally different? Thanks for the help

Give us the URL.
It's not a matter of trusting FP to do it the way you want it .... you have
to build your pages correctly so that they have a chance of looking correct.
Here's two articles that might help:
http://www.eleanorstravels.com/frontpage-dontdo.htm
Learn to use CSS instead of font tags. don't use absolute positioning etc.
.... see the article by Jim Buyens etc.
