How can I turn off the Visio 'template help' sidebar?

When I start Visio 2003 the 'template help' sidebar resizes the page. I don't
want help unless I ask for it. I've been using Visio for many years. So how
do I stop this help to newbies?

Go to Help > Customer Feedback Options, then choose Online Content and
uncheck Show Template Help automatically.
