How can I type Dvorak in Word?

I have already gone to the control panel and changed my keyboard to Dvorak,
but Office doesn't recognize that. How can I correct this?

Are you able to type using the Dvorak keyboard in any application - Internet
Explorer, WordPad, Outlook Express?
