How can I undelete (permanent)/ recreate the Junk email folder o.

My husband has accidently deleted the Junk email folder so that when I try to
move messages there using "organize" I get the error message "the messaging
interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists restart
outlook". Restart does not cure the problem. Its outlook 2000 internet mail
only. can anyone help please?
