How can I update inserted pictures?

I inserted some pictures from a file in a word 2007 document. After that I
modified the pictures in the file (same name and place). How can I replace
the pictures in the word document by the new ones.

Re-insert them - if you insert a link to the picture it will update when you
update the field.
