How can I update my webpage(it now says I'm not a M.O subscriber.

My first visit to Office Online allowed me to set up a rough webpage, but
when I
tried to update it a few days later, I couldn't get back to it. When I
tried to sign in,
I got a message saying I was not a Microsoft Online subscriber. I don't
know what
to do to get back to my webpage, except type it into a search, which brings
it up, but doesn't obviously allow me to make any changes.
Any ideas on how to solve this dilemna?

Thank-you

Hi, Daniel.
Any ideas on how to solve this dilemna?

This newsgroup is dedicated to Microsoft Access databases, so this isn't the
place to go for definitive help on your Windows Live ID account. However, a
few things to try:

1.) Ensure cookies are enabled.
2.) Ensure Internet Privacy is set to medium.
3.) Ensure pop-ups are unblocked.
4.) Ensure Windows XP firewall is enabled (if you have Windows XP).
5.) If and only if the Windows XP firewall is enabled, disable any other
installed software firewall while you're logged into your Windows Live ID
account and then re-enable again when you're done. (And don't forget to put
the other settings back the way they were, too.)

If that doesn't work, alter the cookie setting. Here's Microsoft's advice
for that:

To configure your browser to allow cookies:

1.) In Windows Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet
Options.
2.) Click the Privacy tab, and then click Advanced.
3.) Select the Override automatic cookie handling check box.
4.) If you're using a shared computer, select the Always allow session
cookies check box.
- or -
If you're using a private computer, under First-party Cookies, click
Accept.

5.) Click OK, and then click OK again.

My guess is that as soon as cookies are enabled the right way, you'll
suddenly become recognized as an authorized user. Good luck.

HTH.
