How can I update the link of an "Off-page connector"?

I have used the "Off-page connector" shape to move parts of a Web Site
Diagram to other pages. Then I renamed the pages from "Page-2" etc to
something more meaningful. Now my "Off-page connector" shapes are broken. How
can I make them point to my new page names?

Select the Off-page connector shape.
Insert>Hyperlinks
Type the new page name into the "Sub-address" field (or use the browse
button to pick the page).

Thanks but I figured it out... You can't edit the Hyperlinks when your
document is a generated Web Site Diagram. You have to open the Shapesheet
and modify a user-defined cell and the hyperlink from there.
