how can I upgrade older af3 files to visio?

I have a number of older ABC flowcharter files I now need to access & convert
to VISIO2000 or 2003. I note VISIO no longer supports the af3 file format.
Does anyone know where I can get an older version of VISIO that I can use to
convert these files?
