I was hoping that Business Contact Manager would be useful for doing large
mailings to prospective clients. I tend to do mailings of 500 - 1000 at a
time. These contacts are imported into BCM from a .csv file. With not being
able to create any custom fields, I had to put some stuff in some strange
places. Also, when I do a mail merge with say 500 contacts, it does not
record this as a history item in each contact. That would be extremely
helpful so that when a prospect calls I know when I sent them a letter. Does
anyone know of a way to add a history item to multiple contacts?
