How can I use fingerprint recognition to find records in access?

Good question....

First off, MS has just released a $60 product that
captures the fingerprint of the user. I haven't used it,
or seen it, but it is primarily for saving passwords for
websites.

Also, the Motion 1400 (www.motioncomputing.com) has a
built in fingerprint scanner.

Now, do they have an SDK for it? Do they serialize in
some manner the fingerprint? Come up with some kind of
unique number?

I really have no idea. Those questions are outside the
scope of Access, and fall more into general VB/C++ type
questions. I'm afraid I haven't been much help, but it is
an interesting question.
