How can I use infopath with internet explorer

I am trying to link microsoft access to infopath, so the data can be used to
create a equipment delivery schedule. How can I allow user who do not have
infopath to fill out the form and submit via email to me?

question. or if you search a little bit on google for example I'm sure
that you find your answer
