how can I use Publisher to create stationery for Outlook?

I am trying to create a file in publisher so that I can use it as the
stationery for Outlook e-mails.
When saving as html the pictures do not appear when using as the template
for the stationery. Why is this?

Any help would be great.

Using Outlook I can use an html template that has been saved from Publisher
to be used as stationery.
When creating the stationery you can use a 'blank' template or import one in.
I am able to do all this, but when viewing the html file in Outlook there
are no pictures appearing.
How can I keep my pictures in my html files?

This is something you will have to take up with the Outlook folks. I've had no
experience making stationery in Outlook. Maybe someone will come along and advise
you.

Are you saving the whole publication as a web page and using it in Outlook? Wouldn't
it be the same if you insert the image into your newly created Outlook stationery?

Could the problem be because Publisher doesn't create just a plain HTML?
