How can I use the interactive buttons in a link bar or can I?

Hey all

Also, it appears that the only way to create a navigation with interactive
buttons is to just create hyperlinks to the other pages with no link bar. Is
this true? I'm confused about how to get a top and side navigation in
FrontPage without creating thousands of hyperlinks.

More or less correct. As you create the IB, you enter the hyperlink
required. You need an IB, with its hyperlink, for each link you have
in the navigation bar being created.
