how can i use visio on a pda

HI

Does anyone know if visio software can be incorporated on a pda. I want to
use visio drawings on a pda and send them across the newtork to my computer
using the GSM network? Someone pls help

Visio cannot work on a PDA.
Nearest you can get (I think)is to use an SVG viewer/editor on PDA, then
open SVG file on desktop in Visio.

All the methods for displaying a Visio drawing on a PDA involve taking a
"picture" of the drawing. At that point it is no longer a Visio file and can
not be changed to update the original Visio drawing.

Also the Visio file format is proprietory, so it is unlikely that anyone
other than MS can write a PDA program to open and manipulate a native Visio
drawing. Of course, with new XML format introduced in Visio 2003, a limited
version may be possible.
