How can I use yellow text with black outline?

I would like to use a yellow text and outline it in black. Is this possible?
If not, is there anything close that I could use?

What you're asking for really is not within the realm of word processing,
it's graphic design. As Suzanne suggested, Word Art is the only facility
within Word for such objects. It should be sufficient for an artistic
element, but any volume of such text would be a veritable eyesore :)
