How can I view a shared calendar in monthly view?

When my co workers view the shared calendar I publish, they can only see the
calendar in "day view" or "week view." I would like them to see it in
monthly view like I do on Microsoft Outlook. Any suggestions or answers will
help me. Thanks! Tina

All they have to do is change their view. You don't get to dictate what
view they choose to see on their screen.

When my co workers sign onto Microsoft Office Online, not Outlook, they can
only view the shared calendar in "day" view or "week" view. Where is the
function to view the calendar by month, in which it shows all the events
scheduled for the month? If someone knows, please give us the directions to
change the view.

Well, you'd have to ask this question in a newsgroup that deals with Office
Online. This isn't one.
