How can I view all message/note controls?

When I clicked "Send to Back" on a message control, it piled more than
one message/note control on top of one another. I then read in the help
contents that multiple message/note controls don't delete they just
stack up. How can I see and delete the ones that were sent to the back?
I receive this message when trying to replace a message/note control:

"This form has more than one Message or Notes control. If more than one
control is visible at run time only one control works."

My only problem is that I don't have anything to click on, since it's
moved to the back I can't access the "box". Any suggestions?

to 1 or zero.
