How Can I View & Change Frontpage shopadd properties?

How Can I View & Change Frontpage shopadd properties? I must have done
something to change the settings because I was able to view the Frontpage
ShopADD Properties but after saving my page I could no longer access the
form. What have I done wrong and how can I correct the problem?
