How can I view more than 4 items in New Item Alert window?

The only control over the Desktop Alert is the transparency and time it
stays active.

Thanks BillR. Question is about rules wizzard New Item Alert window. In
latter version of Office there were more lines visible. Now in Office 2003 I
can only see 4 items.

unless the window is resizable, it can't be changed.
