How can I view My Documents folder in Outlook 2003?

In Outlook 2000, the Outlook Bar allowed you to view non-Outlook folders,
such as My Computer, My Documents, etc. under a heading of Other Shortcuts. I
cannot find an equivalent in Outlook 2003. Is there a way of displaying these
folders in Outlook 2003?

No. Outlook 2003 has eliminated the link to system folders.
