How can I view/print all my visio comments in one list?

I have created a workbook of visios describing my Incident Management
process. A reviewer has added comments all the way through. It would be
easiest for me now if I could just print off all the comments and print off
the workflows then resolve.

Even if I didn't print everything off, the comments are all hidden behind
little markers so I can't see them all in one place.

Does someone know how I can achieve this?

Hi Paul,

Does this mean that it is not possible to do this without a 3rd party
utility? I am working in a corporate environment and therefore cannot invest
in these tools as it stands.

Well, you get 30 free uses of the utility which may be all you need
for a while.
