How can I view report analysis using data source, my office is 20.

I'm trying to run reports of data (analysis) using data source platform
microsoft office web components. My OS is Windows XP and my office is 2003
proffessional. My IE is 5.5 and above version. The problem is whenever I
tried to run the analysis report a message appears " .... must have IE
version 4 or later and correct office web components ...." I have check
everything, the requirements are there ... What could it be wrong ???
