For sure. Just by doing that <gbg>
Run the video in a window and ON in another one.

AFAICS there is not yet a way to "loop" an imported video in order to
annotate it the same way as one can do it with audio files.
But asking for this feature IMHO would just mean asking for too much.

I have experienced what I would refer to as an Epiphany.
To increase my productivity I felt that that two monitors may help me.

Boy was I wrong. It didn't increase my productivity, it changed how I
use computers !

I have been meaning to try it for a while, but finally got around to
trying it.

With the concept that 19inch LCD monitors are $200, adding an extra
monitor is somewhat of a cheap endeavour.

I have been using (I've bought four already !, and 4 new LCD monitors)
MSI Radeon 9250 128 Meg AGP 8x with DVI/out cards to add "dual monitor"
capability. You plug your "primary" monitor in the usual VGA out. The
second monitor (my monitors are all VGA monitors) plugs into the "DVI
Out", courtesy of the *included* DVI to VGA converter ! I purchased
the video card with included DVI to VGA converter for $45!

What a deal.

If you already have a DVI out, you could use your existing DVI out for
a second monitor by purchasing a DVI to VGA converter (unless of
course, you buy a monitor with a DVI connection). (My latest Sony
Monitor has a DVI cable.)

All computer buffs should try this, it's my *ROCK SOLID* computing tip
of the week :)

I would call it absolutely perfect for your needs.

I use it everyday to read off one monitor and type in notes on the
other :)
