how can i wrap text in outlook 2007 email

I recently reinstalled outlook 2007 and when i write up an email there is no
line break, it just keeps going and going off the page. I have to hit enter
to change the paragraph manually and this is usually after the fact. I
compose and use the html format. It didn't do this before i reinstalled the
program.
