How can I write a sincere thank you to staff members?

We are taking our small office staff out for dinner this evening. We will be
enclosing gift cards in hand-stamped cards. I would like to say a few words
of appreciation to each employee, but I'm at a loss for words. Any
suggestions? Thank you!

You must not be sincere, or the words would come out.

Yea, you must be right Chuck! However, the words are flowing freely now.
Thanks for the insight buddy! Sincere or not? You make the call.

Just write down a rough draft of what you want to say and taylor it from
there. Something along the lines of thanks for all the hard work you have put
in over the year and i look forward to woking with you in 2006, etc etc etc.

Or whatever you want, what do you want to put across? anything specific you
want to mention? rough draft it and then read it to yourself to taylor it, it
will come after a while
