How can I write in Spanish?

I have to write a paper for tomorrow in Spanish and I don't know put in
my accents, tillads, and question/exclaimation words! Does anyone know
to do this on MAC OS X on Microsoft Word? Thanks.

Be sure to read the instructions for Macintosh, which are simpler than for
Windows, and will work in just about any Mac program.

Also, it's a "tilde", not tillad.
