how can make work key product after 2 years of being bought it

We bought one year and 2 months ago, this computer in Circuit City. It was
installed the office tirial.. BUT we never entered the key product to let the
license to use the office. Now I need to use power point and word, ect BUT
in the moment I entered the key product (at the back of the computer) it says
it is not a valid key.. What we have to do?
