How can one export messages from one authorized user, not forward

I set up multiple mail accounts for myself now want to consolidate these mail
threads to one account. Forwarding the messages is not a very appealing
route. The .pst file is not accessible by the consolidated account

Thanks

Update to this post, the mail accounts are all in Outlook 2003, using WinXP<
Home edition. The accounts are non-adminstrator, simple limited user accounts.

It is possible to copy emails to a folder on your hard drive then copy back
into the consolidated account.

Move the pst-file to a location both can reach. On startup of Outlook it
will prompt you for the new location. Afterwards connect to the additional
pst-file by File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...
