How can one or more people see/edit the timesheets of all resource

I am the project manager and need to enter time for my resources.
Additionally, my client would like to see the entire timesheet. How can this
be accomplished?

You can enter the time for resources in the actual Microsoft Project plan by
doing the following:

1. Open the project in question
2. Click View - Resource Usage
3. Right-click in the timephased grid on the right and select Actual Work
from the shortcut menu
4. Enter Actual Work for each resource on each task in the Actual Work
cells in the timephased grid

If you wish to show the timesheet for each resource to your client, simply
show them the Resource Usage view for the project in question. Hope this
