How can outlook 2002 be configured.

The Pittsburgh Volunteer

On start-up I want outlook to default to email, access my email account mail
boxex, and check the accounts for new mail regularly. With my presnet
configuration, I need to click send and receive each time I want to chek my
mail boxes.
