How can outlook 2003 be made to remember toolbar settings?

Each time I open outlook 2003, it resets my toolbar settings. Specifically,
the toolbars chosen to be displayed and the location of the bars is not
remembered by outlook. Outlook 2000 remembered which toolbars were displayed
and their location. How can outlook 2003 be made to do the same thing?

See if it remebers after you did a hard reset on the Toolbar.
To do this locate outcmd.dat and rename it to outcmd.old when Outlook is
closed. By default
you can find it here; C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Note that some Toolbar placement is being controlled by the Add-in
responsible for the Toolbar. Outlook canot overrule this.
