How can the Administrator check-in a project that another user ha.

One of my project manager's checked out a project a week ago. By some error,
the project has remained checked-out, even though the project manager has
closed MSProject and even rebooted her notebook during the past week.

Is there some way that I (Administrator) can check this project in so that
we can update resource timesheets to it?

Log into PWA, then click Admin - Manage enterprise features - Check in
enterprise projects. Hope this helps.

I have the same problem but there are no projects available in the window to
check in even though I have two of them checked out.

You will need to check in the stuck projects manually in the SQL Server
database using the SQL Server Enterprise Manager software. Hope this helps.
