How can two Outlook clients view the same Exchange account?

I have two people here who have to cover phones for the Front Desk. After
setting up Outlook clients for both of them, they are no longer able to view
past emails that should still be on the Exchange server. They can only get
new ones.

I've viewed the same Outlook mailbox with three separate Outlook clients
(Outlook 2000/2002/2003) and OWA all simultaneously. Are you sure they both
have the delivery location set to the mailbox and that there are no rules on
either?

Also, be sure the Current View setting is not set to "Unread Messages".
