Andrew,
You SHOULD be able to do the following (although my system crashed when
I tried this, but then I used Print Preview to see the results, I didn't
actually print).
Assume you only want to enlarge the task names of tasks that have notes.
1. Filter for Notes that "is greater than" "a"
2. Select the Task Name field (column)
3. Go to Format/Font and set the font characteristics
When 'Print Notes' is selected in Page Setup, the Task Name will show
the revised font style. If you do NOT want to leave the selected task
names in the modified font, I suggest you save your file before you make
the modification to capture any other changes that were made. Then,
after you have printed the file, close but do not save. (I think there
is a way to reset custom font settings to the default but I don't
remember how to do it.)
