There are a number of ways to add your Gantt chart to MS Word.
1) Use the camera icon to capture the gantt. (The latest version has a
wizard which is an improvement over past versions.)
2) Use the keyboard's prt scr to copy to clipboard and then paste into
Word.
3) Use a product like Snagit to capture just the portion of the project
schedule you want to include.
Companion software marketed by MS Project Partners, such as Milestones
Project Companion, offers additional high quality presentation reporting
