How can you crop a drawing in Word 2007?

I recieved a document with an embedded drawing. I needed to crop it. But
because it's not considered a Picture by Word 2007, I can't get the picutre
menu to display, and the drawing menu doesn't support cropping. Anyway around
this total backwords step by those in Redmond?
