How can you retrieve the Drawing Summary Properties from a Visio Drawing file?

Hi:

We are using Visio in conjunction with another application. Each time we
change the customization in the VSD we update the 'Keyword' property of the
Drawing Summary Properties.

I would like to retrieve the Drawing's Summary Properties so we can look at
the Keyword property to see if the user needs to update to the latest.

I had hoped that GetFileVersionInfo and VerQueryValue would do the trick but
that doesn't seem to be the answer.

Does anyone out there know how to retrieve that information from an external
application?

I know how to do it in VBA but would prefer not to have to start the Visio
Automation server if I can avoid it.
