How can you turn an excel workbook into a web executable page

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

I want to turn some excel sheets into .htm files - not just the "screenshot" of the sheet, a "useable" spreadsheet that makes calculations. I want to be able to change the data in the fillable cells of the table and run calculations on the go - just like you do when you use a webpage. The reason is I can upload htm files in my iPhone and run calculations on the go. How can I do that?
