how change grid on (print) for all worksheets in workbook at once?

Thanks for all help.
I want to turn on (or off) the gridlines option in:
page setup>sheet>gridlines
for all the sheets in my workbook (about 11) at once. It
is a hassle to do for all the sheets one by one, whenever
I want to turn them on (for my use) or off (because the
users don't like/want them on).
Is there a way to do this? Perhaps some VBA code in the
ThisWorkBook object in the VBE?
