how change name of phone field? Ie business to "direct" or "Lab#"

I would like to change the names of the phone numbers to specific field
names. Such as...instead of using "Business" or "Business 2" I would like to
use "Lab", "Direct", "Office", "Assistant".

Is there any way to change and customize this?
