How change symbols of quotes?

Hello.
There is some text in quotes. The quotes has code of symbol (34). I
need change it to other quotes - (171 - for left) and (187 - for
right). How I can do this?

Use a Wildcard replace with (")([A-z]{1,})(") in the Find what control and
«\2» in the Replace with control.
