How come e-mails go directly to deleted folder?

I don't have any "filters" or "rules" to prevent a particular persons e-mails
from going directly to my "deleted" folder, however, that's where they've
been going the past couple of days. Also, this problem has been sporadic -
some of her e-mails are hitting my inbox, while others go to the "deleted"
folder. These are just normal e-mails - NO attachments.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

It could be the content of the e-mail that is causing it to be shifted.

Do you have any Rules setup at all?
Click Tools-Rules and Alterts to view your current Rules.

Are you using some other program that works with Outlook that may be
shifting the e-mails (a spam filter or addin)
