how come in one note it goes to read only when I want to put use

When I use one note it always goes into read only mode when I try to paste
information. I noteiced how do I control it has a mind of its own.

When you are in another program other than OneNote, it sets the file as
Read-Only. When you return to OneNote, after a second or two, you will
have Read-Write access.
