To download a Microsoft template, add-on, etc. one must first agree to the
provisions of their bilingual (English/French) EULA. Since French is not a
requirement of U.S. citizens I disagree with the practice. Either lots of
French translators are employed because of this or downloaders are blindly
accepting a "legally" binding agreement written in a foreign language. I
can't be the only one who feels this way. Do you?
