how come my emails are not downloading to desktop AND laptop

Hi,

If you receive no errors, try the following steps:-
Click Send/Recv.
Go to Tools> Options> Mail Setup> Send/Receive> 'Settings for Group All
Accounts'> 'Schedule an automatic send/recv'.

If not reply back with the error codes..
