HOW COMPATIBLE ARE BELLSOUTH AND OUTLOOK

Can I have both bellsouth and outlook [network]accounts on my laptop. I
already have bellsouth working well but can get outlook to send/recieve
messages. Please help

if outlook is configured correctly it should be able to download Bellsouth
pop3 email.
