How could a friend's email address get into the blocked senders li

How could a friend's email address get into the blocked senders list in M/S
outlook express 6.0 w/o anyone putting it in there on purpose?

It would seem that most email addresses I find in the 'blocked senders list'
are spam but somehow inadvertently email address that I do not intend to
enter the list are getting in there. How could this be? Please do not reply
'by mistake'. This is a real serious glitch. If indeed it is a bug.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
