How create a hyperlink to a page in a report:?

I am using MS Access 2000.

I created a table of contents as a sub-report successfully. The final
report is output to rtf. I want to make the page numbers of the toc act as
hyperlinks to the page in the report (like a real TOC acts in Word). I know
how to create hyperlinks, but not as a "go to page #). Any help?
